John M. Lewis was the loving husband of Christine Annette Lewis; son of the late John W. Lewis & the late M. Jeanette (the late Kenny) Kamper; father of Megan (Wesley Wozniak) Lewis; brother of James R. (Kate) Lewis, Mary B. (William) Hayes, Thomas (Pat) Lewis, Linda (Dr. Michael) Hermann, Sally J. (Paul) Janssen, David E. (Debbie) Lewis & the late Martha Ross. John was a friend to many and will be greatly missed by all. Memorials to American Cancer Society or Humane Society of Missouri.
