John L. Cross Sr.

John L. Cross Sr., of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, February 5, 2022, at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Luetta “Lu” B. Cross; cherished son of the late James H. and Befana Cross. Devoted father of John (Terri) Cross and Denise Cross; loving grandfather of Claire, Erin, and Bryce Bowe; beloved brother-in-law, uncle, and friend to many. Preceded in death by Brothers, James, William, Donald, and Burleigh Cross.

John proudly served in the United States Army. He was a member of First St Charles United Methodist Church, American Legion, and USGA. He was an avid sports fan, including baseball, basketball, and golf. John also enjoyed gardening and taking care of his lawn and the church lawn. John was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
