John Jack B. Craven

Mr. John B. ''Jack'' Craven died Saturday August 25, 2001 at home in St. Charles Missouri. He was born December 28, 1926 to Leo and Irene Craven in Pontiac Illinois. He graduated from St. Louis University in 1950 and was a member of St. Robert Bellarmine Church in St. Charles, Missouri. He was the regional plant manager for 49 years at Purex Corporation in St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Craven is survived by his children, Christine Morris (Dr. Clifford), Cynthia Rucker (Dr. Thomas), Cheryl Hering (Terry), Bryan Craven (Missy), and Kevin Craven (Karen), and his siblings, Vince Craven, Eugene Craven, Connie Donahue, Joan Dennington, and June Duncan. He was preceded in death by his wife Ruth Craven and one sister Claire Scott. The family has requested memorials be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society Gateway Chapter in care of Baue Funeral Home in lieu of flowers.
