In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Salvation Army. Milligan, John G.; Beloved husband of Carol; father of Chris Wilmering and Nancy Milligan; grandfather of Sarah Wilmering. He was a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and an active member of St. Peters Square Dance Club. He retired after 37 years with Boeing.
