John "Jack" Clifford Davis

John C. “Jack” Davis, of Troy, MO, formerly of Toronto, Ohio, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at the age of 89. Beloved son of the late Clarence H. and Maude E. Davis. Loving father of Joanna (Roger) Jonas; cherished grandfather and great-grandfather and step-grandfather. Loving husband of Yvonnia. He is preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Judith K. Davis and his daughter Christine Lynn Franklin, and his son John Charles Davis; his sister Phyliss Leasure and brother Bill Davis.

Jack graduated in 1952 from Toronto High School. He was an active member of his church and was a Masonic Mason for 65 years. He worked for Met Life and UFC Workers International Union. When he retired, he enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, going places with his camper and talking with his grandkids.

Memorials may be made in John's name to First Christian Church, Troy, MO.
