John C. Hannegan

Hannegan, John C., of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Friday, August 2, 2013 at the age of 81. Loving husband of Mary Lou Hannegan (nee: Tlapek); dear son of the late Walter Hannegan and Ruth Keyes; devoted father of Kathleen Hannegan, J. Michael (Kim White) Hannegan, David C. Hannegan, and Thomas P. Hannegan; cherished grandfather of Brian, Nathaniel, Alison, and Erin Hannegan McKee, and Kyle, Tyler and Ashley Hannegan; dear brother of Ann Rauh.
John was a prominent attorney/banker for 50 years before he retired. He was also a community activist supporting many organizations. The Boy Scouts and Youth in Need were among his many charitable interests. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Academy of the Sacred Heart or Duchesne High School.
