Joe Meyer, of O'Fallon, MO, died on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at the age of 92. Loving husband of Earleen Meyer (nee: Dunn); dear son of the late Joseph and Catherine Meyer (nee: Fuchs); devoted father of Jim (Leslie) Meyer and the late Jeanne Meyer; cherished grandfather of Joseph Meyer; dear brother of Catherine Helfrich and the late Florence Meyer.
Joe worked for McDonnell Douglas for many years before he retired. He was a member of Assumption Catholic Church. Joe was also a member of the Knights of Columbus #2269, 4th Degree Assembly #2012, a WWII veteran, and member of the St. Louis Amateur Baseball Hall of Fame. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made to masses or Catholic Charities.
