Menefee, Joe E. of Saint Charles, Missouri, passed away on Thursday September 6, 2018, at the age of 94.
Beloved husband of Kathryn Menefee; cherished son of the late Forrest G. and Hazel I. Menefee; devoted father of Sharon (Bill) Frazee and Michael T. Menefee; loving grandfather of Elise (Tucker) Bartley and Eric Frazee; treasured great-grandfather of Gwynn Bartley and Marshall Bartley, and a friend to many. Joe was also preceded in death by his brother, Cloyce Glenn Menefee and his sister, Edna Thornton.
Joe was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
