Davis, Joe, of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Monday, June 17, 2013 at the age of 65. Loving husband of Joyce Davis (NEE: Vanover); beloved son of the late Ray H. and Virginia K. Davis; devoted father of Anthony (Diana) P. Scism; dear brother of Ray (Jean) G. Davis and Lee "Wesley" (Valerie) Davis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Memorials may be made to The Salvation Army.
