Brines, Joe D., of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Sunday, January 12, 2014 at the age of 78. Loving husband of Laura Brines; beloved son of the late Joe and Meoma Brines; devoted father of Jim (Marilyn) Brines, Michael L. Brines, and Joanne (Michael L.) Davis; cherished grandfather of Christopher, Benjamin (Katie), Amanda, Jonathan, Stephen, and Daniel; treasured great-grandfather of Mason; dear brother of Arlene "Dee" Groth. He is preceded in death by his sister Betty Jean Brines. Joe was employed for more than 40 years as an auto mechanic at Yates Stevens Ford, and he was Mason, 32 Degree.
