Joe C. Smith of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, December 10, 2017, at the age of 90. Beloved husband of the late Audrey Smith; cherished son of the late Elzie and Glenna Smith; devoted father of Randy (Kim) Smith and Rodney Smith; loving grandfather of four; and dear brother of Bob (Betty) Smith.
Joe proudly served his country in the United States Army during World War II. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
