JoAnn Katherine Russell (nee: Kolb), of St. Charles, MO passed away Saturday, December 9, 2017, at the age of 82. Loving wife of 62 years to Donald Russell; beloved daughter of the late George and Virginia Kolb; devoted mother of Donata Russell, Donald (Peggy) Russell, Jr., David (Jeanne) Russell, Debbie (Bob) Dunn, Douglas (Tammy) Russell, and Dean (Caroline) Russell; cherished grandmother of D.J. Russell, Alexandria Russell, Sean Russell, Jacob Hager, and Krista Russell; and dearest sister of Ted Kolb and Joyce Bruening. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Shirley Schoene and Bob Kolb.
