Hall, Joan K., of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Friday, April 29, 2011 at the age of 85. Dear daughter of the late August and Laura Kelly, cherished mother of Michele (Robert) Balsat, Suzanne (Bill Schnardthorst) Brosche, Steve (Judy) Brosche and Mark (Janet) Brosche; dear sister of Jacquelyn (Jack) Mowat; loving Grandmother of 8 and loving Great-grandmother of 9. She is preceded in death by her sister, Evelyn Cable and brothers, August Kelly, Jr. and Roger Kelly. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Foundation.
