Dear Pappa of eleven; preceded in death by parents, Ernest V. and Agnes Lance. Dear uncle and friend to many. For 26 years, he owned the Northside Citgo in O'Fallon Missouri. He was a member of Westlake Church of Christ Wentzville Missouri; lifetime member of O'Fallon Business Association; President of the O'Fallon Fire protection Board, and was a former O'Fallon Board of Alderman, Ward One in 1969.
