Jerry L. Smith (nee: Stamps) of O’Fallon, MO, on Sunday April 16, 2017, at the age of 61. Loving wife of Benny Smith; beloved daughter of the late Paul Jerry Stamps and Joan Wolfe; devoted mother of Jenny Lynn (P.J.) Ingles and Shannon Leigh (Andrew) Velasquez; cherished grandmother of Miriam, Teddy, Rhyse, and Eva; dearest sister of John Stamps, and Paula Olsen.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Rosetta Albright and brother, David Stamps.
Jerry enjoyed a 37 year career with General Motors. In her free time, she loved to sew, but nothing gave her as much joy as spending time with her beloved grandchildren. Jerry was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Rosetta Albright and brother, David Stamps.
