Beloved daughter of the late Carl and Mildred Richter; dear sister of Carol Jean (Phil) Royer and the late Kathleen (Albert) Carpenter; and cherished aunt of Ken Royer, Mark (Tammy) Royer and Harold (Rita) Carpenter.
