Jeffrey Foulks

Foulks, Jeff, of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Saturday, August 28, 2010 at the age of 55. Loving husband of Phyllis M. Foulks NEE: McGrath; beloved son of the late Charles and Mary Foulks; devoted father of Richard J. Foulks; cherished grandfather of Morgan Ashleigh Foulks; brother of David M. Foulks; Jeff is preceded in death by his son, Timothy S. Foulks and brother, Ronald C. Foulks, Sr. He was employed as a Design Engineer at Corbitt Manufacturing Co. He was a member of Knights of Columbus 9625, 4th Degree Council St. Philippine Duchene and a United States Soccer Federation Referee, Instructor and Assessor.
