Dear daughter of the late Willard and Betty Starkey; devoted mother of Stephen (Amanda) Curtis and step-mother of Emily and Ellen Goevert; cherished grandmother of Cassidy, Abbie, Kolby, and Scout Curtis; beloved partner of Donald Goevert; dear sister of Tim (Tina) Starkey; prized niece of Genelle Thomas; and beloved cousin of Danny (Susan) Timbrook.
