Jeanette M. "Jan" Lewis, of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at the age of 73. Jan was the beloved daughter of the late Ruth Wilson; devoted mother of Michael (Sharon) Lewis and Kimberly (Jeffrey) Quain; cherished grandmother of Amanda, Andrew, Bayley, and Colin; treasured great-grandmother of Anthony; and dear niece of John (Patricia) Liebsch. Memorials may be made to the Siteman Cancer Center.
