Jeanene L. Moritz (nee Langdon), of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away Sunday, February 19, 2023, at the age of 85. Beloved wife of Carl W. Moritz; devoted daughter of the late Fannie and James A. Langdon; loving mother of Matt Moritz and Anne Moritz; dear sister of the late Joyce Edwards.
Jeanene worked as a librarian for Woodland Elementary in the Jennings School District as well as a dental assistant. She was a devoted girl scout leader for many years. Jeanene was a proud member of the Jennings Historical Society. She loved to tutor children. A woman of faith, Jeanene was a member of Third Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School and worked in the nursery. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading a good book and would often make beautiful quilts.
Jeanene was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Memorials may be made in Jeanene's name to the Parkinson’s Foundation.
