Jean Marie Jewson, of Anna, Illinois, died Sunday, September 22, 2019 at the age of 78. Cherished daughter of the late Alfred and Lillian Jewson (nee Bernsen); dear sister of Alfred J. (Dayna) Jewson, Jr. and Carolyn (Daniel) Hoffmann; loving aunt of Vicki (Jeff) Nelson, Karen (Brian) Dickson, Kathleen (Derrick) Caringi, Daniel Hoffmann, Jr., Keith (Clint) Silva, Angela (Neil) Howell and Joseph (Amy) Chambers; Jean is also survived by many great nieces and nephews.
Jean was a resident of Choate Developmental Center in Anna, Illinois, from 2000 until her death. She was dearly loved by her family and caregivers and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jean's honor to Hospice of Southern Illinois.
