Janice D. Haldeman (nee Emmertson), of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away Thursday, July 14, 2022, at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late Edward Duane Haldeman; cherished daughter of the late Louis William and Dee Emmertson; devoted mother of Michael D. (Special Friend, Sue) Haldeman; Nancy D. (Al) Yamnitz; loving grandmother of Kristina M. (Joe) Slusher, Michael E. (Ashley) Haldeman, Andrew D. (Catherine) Jones, Ashley N. (Andrew) Nelson, Amy D. (Nathan) Bruns, David E. (Jasmine) Haldeman, and McGowan E. (Lexi) Haldeman; treasured great-grandmother of 25; dear sister of Leslie Ann (Ken) Cleland; sister-in-law of Marilyn Haldeman.
Janice was known for making porcelain dolls to look like babies, children and people from pictures. She owned her own business, Janice Dee Dolls.
Janice was a member of St. Joseph Health Center Auxiliary, a former Girl Scout leader, Cub Scout den mother, swim instructor, horseback riding instructor and Past President PTA in Bakersfield, CA. She worked for 10 years at St. Joseph Hospital in the ER and as a real estate agent with Gundaker’s Million Dollar Club.
Janice was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
