Janet “Janie” Duke

Duke, Janet "Janie", of Foristell, Missouri, died on Sunday, May 8, 2011 at the age of 67. Dear wife of Jerry W. Duke; dear daughter of the late Clayton N. and Mary E. Blackwell; loving mother of Rick Duke and Chris Duke; beloved grandmother of Matthew Ellis, Leah O'Brien and Neil Ellis. Also survived by her dear friends, Ron, Chris and Shorty Huson, Brian, Kelly & Kaycee LaGarce; Special Cousin, Ruth Huson and her Special Friends, John & Melinda Bommarito & Family. She was our beloved aunt, cousin and friend to many. She is preceded in death by her sister, Sue Ederer. Janie was a Comptroller at Bommarito, a member of Greater St. Louis Dealers Association; enjoyed Travel (cruises); sewing and loved horses. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
