Cutlan; beloved daughter of the late Comart and Vivian Peterson; devoted mother of Dawn (Stephen) Hudson, Cindy (Jim) Lyon, Cathy (Kenton) Mertz, and Charles J. Cutlan, Jr.; cherished grandmother of Heather, Heidi, and Hayden Hudson, Christy and J.T. Lyon, Ryan and Tanner Mertz, and Jackson Cutlan; dear sister of Jim (Jan) Peterson and Jerry (Carol) Peterson.
