Phillips (Nancy); dear Grandmother of Russ Phillips (Amy), Chris Phillips (Laura), Wendy Williams (Troy), Frank, Katie, Theresa, Tom, and Jake Phillips; Dear Great Grandmother of Ryan, Ben, Kyle, Jack, Sam, and Will Phillips; Dear sister of the late Bernard H. “Bud” Aepken. Mrs. Phillips was a member of All Saints Catholic Church, WOW, and was a volunteer at Barnes St. Peters Hospital. Memorials to All Saints Endowment Fund or Ron Kjar Scholarship Fund at Duchesne High School preferred.
