James "Jim" White, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at the age of 72. Loving husband of Pamela 'Pam' White (nee: Pettit); dear son of the late Rev. Oval White and Loree White; devoted father of Katharine (David) Barton, Kristan O'Connor, and Robin (Jim) White-Hurych; cherished grandfather of Johnathan Barton, Sebastian O'Connor, Michael Hurych, and Abby Hurych; dear brother of Oval White, Jr.; special great-uncle of Kylie, Landon, Savannah and Michaela; and loved by brother and sister-in-laws, other relatives and friends.
Jim was an Inspector at McDonnell Douglas for many years before he retired. In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening, particularly cacti and tomatoes. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made to St. Louis Children's Hospital.
