Arnett, James M., of Saint Charles, MO, died on Friday, October 16, 2015, at the age of 83. Loving husband of Betty Arnett; beloved son of the late Austin and Gladys Arnett; devoted father of Angela Hopewell, Anita (Brian) Busch, Tina (Todd) Neu, and Joyce (Paul) Sneed; cherished grandfather of Samantha Busch, Stacy Busch, Parker Neu, David Woolf and Clayton Woolf; treasured great-grandfather of Nick Woolf and Roman Woolf.
