James "Jim" E. Peppers, Sr.

James “Jim” E. Peppers, Sr., of St. Peters, Missouri, passed away Sunday, September 6, 2026, at the age of 71. Beloved husband of Cheryl Peppers; cherished son of the late LaVerne (Marshall) Wright and Paul Eugene (Amy) Peppers; devoted father of James Edward (Ashley) Peppers, Jr., and David Michael (Barbara) Peppers; loving grandfather of Truman Peppers, Henry Peppers, August Peppers, and Benjamin Peppers; dear brother of the late David Peppers, the late Paul Peppers, the late Marsha Peppers, Patricia (the late Wayne) Baisch, Brenda (the late Richard) Brewer, Ronald (Mary) Peppers, Debbie (Harry) Gaab, Geno Peppers, and Linda (the late Harry) Matoushek. Jim was also loved by special family members including Bill (the late Blanche), Tonya & Scott Loveland, Sonny (Angela) Peppers, Stephanie Brewer, Ashleigh Peppers, the late Natalie Peppers, Brittney Peppers, Darlene McCabe, Candi Williams, Elizabeth Matoushek, Devan Peppers, Tyler Sunshine, Tyson (Abbigail) Peppers, and many great family members.

Jim enjoyed outdoor activities like walking, golfing, and deer hunting, as well as singing karaoke, puzzles, family Bar-B-Qs, traveling, and feeding the birds on his deck. He loved the time spent with his grandsons, though, the most. Jim was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
