Beloved husband of the late Ursula Orr; loving son of Lorenzo and Thelma Hoar; dear father of Victoria Burkhart; dear sister of Lorenetta (Jack) Phillippe; grandfather of Randy and Aaron Bence. Mr. Orr was employed by Reset Industries in Simi Valley, California for twenty years.
