Prouhet, Sr., James E., of O Fallon, Missouri, died on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at the age of 72. Loving husband of Joyce A. Prouhet (NEE: Boschert); beloved son of the late Eldred and Bernice Prouhet; devoted father of James G. (Ramona) Prouhet, Jr., John Prouhet, Joseph Prouhet, and Jeffrey (Patricia) Prouhet; cherished grandfather of 10; dear brother of Nancy (Robert) Ambacher. He is preceded in death by his sister Ann Zgiet. He was a farmer and loved fishing. Memorials may be made to Shriners Hospital.
