James Beaumont

James “Jim” Beaumont, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Monday, August 21, 2023, at the age of 79. Loving husband of Susan “Sue” Beaumont; beloved son of the late James Frances and Virginia S. Beaumont; devoted father of Wendy (John) Caré and Jason (Jennifer) Beaumont; cherished grandfather of Jordan (Haley) Caré, Kellen (Jessica) Nowack, and Taylor (Nathan) Pickett; treasured great-grandfather of Emmry Caré, Harrison Caré, and two great-grandchildren due in October; dear brother of Elaine (the late Bill) Holton, and Kay (Michael) Murray; host to many nieces, nephews, and extended family in England and Florida.

Jim and Sue shared 59 wonderful years of marriage. Jim's dedication extended to his 20 years of service as an officer and engineer in the United States Air Force, where he served with pride. He then went on to a distinguished career of 20+ years with McDonnell Douglas/Boeing as an integral part of the F-15 Eagle Program. He also cherished his travels to Europe, considering England his second home. Jim was a big fan of the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team. His backyard floral garden was adorned with a pond where he delighted in feeding his turtles and fish. Most of all, Jim held his family close to his heart. He will be dearly loved and greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Jim’s name to American Cancer Society and the Wounded Warrior Project.
