James A. Rhodes

James A. Rhodes, of O’Fallon, MO, passed Saturday, November 25, 2017, at the age of 95. Loving husband of Thera Janice Rhodes; beloved son of the late Stanley and Anna Rhodes; devoted father of Frances Shasteen, Harry (Reggie) South, Kent (Sheri) Shields, Shelly (John) Splawn, and Sandy Cook; stepfather of Ed (Susie) McGhee, Mick (Jane) McGhee, Jannette (Don) Phillips, and Jeff (Chris) McGhee; beloved grandfather, great grandfather, and great-great grandfather of numerous grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his sister, Lorraine Cook; and step-son, Darrell McGhee.

James worked at McDonnell Douglas for over 30 years before retiring. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
