James A. “Jim” Starr, of O'Fallon, Missouri, Sunday April 1, 2018, at the age of 76.
Beloved husband of Relna K. Schubert Starr; cherished son of Clarence A. and Mary Louise Starr; devoted father of Sherry L. (James) Cira, and James A. (Teri) Starr; dear brother of Connie A. (Harry) Swoyer; loving grandfather of Danielle Cira, Andrew Starr, Aaron Starr, and Brett Cira; Loving uncle, cousin, and friend to many.
Jim was a longtime member of the American Legion, he enjoyed gardening and yardwork. James was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
