Jake Pryor

Jake Ryan Pryor, of Troy, MO, passed away Thursday, October 30, 2025 at the age of 39. Cherished son of Gina Angel and Phil Pryor; beloved son of biological father, Roger Wishman; devoted father of Steven Pryor and Adalyn Williams; loving grandson of Edward and Patricia Callaway, Roger and Sharon Pryor, and the late Charles and Vonda Wishman; great-grandson of the late Jesse and Jeanine Callaway, Mark Davis and the late Dorothy Davis; dear brother of Earl (Kaylee Mirth) Pryor and Trisha Pryor; treasured nephew of Diane (Lane) Queathem and Jesse Callaway; uncle of Cade Pryor and Rylee Mirth; cousin of Lacie (Josh) Brooks, Cole (Shayla) Queathem, Hayden Callaway and Luke Hemmingway and Lane Brooks.

Jake was a proud member of the Laborers Union Local 660 and attended both Troy First Baptist Church and Christ Center Church. He was a kind, big-hearted, and humble man who had a genuine love for people. Jake absolutely adored children, especially his own as well as his nieces and nephews. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, often sharing those moments with his son, Steven. A talented pool player and avid Harley rider, Jake found joy both in simple pleasures and in the open road. A man of faith, he found comfort in Jesus and reading his Bible. Jake was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
