Chakides, Jacquenell C. (nee Green), of Maryland Heights, MO, passed away Tuesday May 15, 2018, at the age of 82. Loving wife of George H. Chakides; beloved daughter of the late Delos M. Green and Margaret C. “Kat” Eckard; devoted mother of Lana D. (Steve) Thornal-Beckley, George H. (Julie) Chakides, Jr., Adonis H. Chakides, and Mark S. Chakides; cherished grandmother of Cory (Molly) Chakides, Grant Sineath, Trey Chakides, Jacob Beckmann, and Sammy Musgrove; treasured great-grandmother of Nikos, Katina, and Thalia.
She was also preceded in death by her brother, Ernest "Sonny" Eckard.
Jacquenell was a member of the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox church. She was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

Internment will be at Beaufort National Cemetery, Beaufort, SC.
Trisagion Service will be at 5:00 Thursday at Baue Funeral Home.
