Memorials may be sent to the Salvation Army. Beloved daughter of Jack (Mary) Gibbs and Sharon Moore; devoted mother of James L. Mackey II and Taylor Byndom; dear sister of Robert (Rhonda) Gibbs, Stuart (Monique) Gibbs and Jon (Kelly) Gibbs; cherished grandmother of Payton Mackey. Jackie was a member of Williams Memorial Methodist Church; she was 1979 graduate of Fort Zumwalt, a cheerleader and she played in little league girl's softball.
