Jacob “Papa Jake” Mosbacher, of Saint Charles, MO, died Monday, November 28, 2016, at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Eleanor Mosbacher; cherished son of the late Edmund L. and Elsie Mosbacher; devoted father of Linda (Stan) Shaw and Karen Mosbacher; loving grandfather of Krista and Laura; treasured great-grandfather of Dexter, Lincoln, and Jaxson. He was also survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
Jacob was a member of St. Cletus Catholic Church. He was also a member of Carpenters Union Local # 97. He was dearly loved, and will be missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made to an animal shelter of the donor’s choice or Masses.
