Jack L. Manthey of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, January 30, 2016, at the age of 73. Beloved husband of Donna S. Manthey; cherished son of the late Louis H. and Mary Ruth Manthey; devoted father of Robert L. (Charlotte) Manthey and Debra (Patrick Shawn) Galloway; loving grandfather of Sarah Nichole Galloway and Jack Andrew Galloway; cherished brother of Mikel (Shirley) Manthey; dear nephew of Dorothy (the late Kirmet) Brinkman, Anna “Frances” (the late Elmer) Bohlen, and Barbara (the late Donald) Lawson.
Jack proudly served in the U.S. AirForce during the Vietnam War. He was a member of Masonic Lodge of St. Charles and the American Legion. He enjoyed tinkering and working on projects. He also liked fishing, watching sports, and spending time with his grandkids. He was dearly loved, and will be missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made to Community Living or SSM Hospice.
