Irvin Carl Ness

Ness, Esq., Irvin, of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at the age of 60. He is survived by his precious wife of 23 years Jeanne Ness, and his beloved daughter Lydia Ness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Anna Ness (nee: Rasmussen). Irvin proudly served our country for many years in the United States Air Force. He was Stationed at Whiteman Air Force Base, and significantly contributed to the mission of the 351st Strategic Missile Wing. He earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration from University of Missouri, then was granted Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Michigan. A very intelligent man, he passed the Bar with a 98%. He has practiced Law since 1981. The world has lost a brilliant and honorable man – he will never be replaced. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 1pm at the Zion Harvester Lutheran Church, 3866 Harvester Road, St. Charles, MO 63304. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to help Lydia's college expenses.
