Memorials may be made to Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church. Ida was the beloved daughter of the late Harold and Emmeline Schneider; loving wife of the late Richard J. Gittus; devoted mother of Douglas (Donna) Gittus and Darin (Darlene) Gittus; cherished grandmother of Morgan and Mallory Gittus. Mrs. Gittus worked for Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis for eighteen years.
