Icel B. Tilley

Icel Tilley, loving wife of the late Sanford Lynn Tilley; dear daughter of the late Augustus and Pearl Marlin; devoted mother of Lynda Waters and Elaine (Mike) Biondo; cherished grandmother of Jason Waters, Valerie Waters, and Jacob Waters; dear sister of Herbert (Dorothy) Marlin; dear aunt to many nieces and nephews, dear sister-in-law and friend to many. She is preceded in death by her siblings William (Broox), Lorraine (Homer), Aubrey (Icel), Paul, Oren, and Verdena (Max). In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tip Hospice.
