Howard Ray Dobbs

Howard Dobbs, of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at the age of 72. Loving husband of Nina Dobbs; dear son of the late Chester Dobbs and the late Mabel LeGrand; devoted father of Kim (Rick) Nast and Dana Plesia; cherished grandfather of Joshua Nast, Brittney Nast, Spencer Nast, Preslee Nast, Jacob Plesia and Andrew Walton; dear brother of Belle Crain. Howard is preceded in death by his five brothers and one sister. Howard retired from the Post-Dispatch after 35 years as a lithographer. He enjoyed traveling with his family, enjoyed going to beaches, working-out, watching westerns and war movies, and had a wonderful sense of humor. Memorials may be made to Cancer Society.
