Herbert La Sauce

Herbert La Sauce, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2017, at the age of 65. Beloved husband of Linda La Sauce for 38 years. Loving father of Beverly, Evelyn, and John; cherished grandfather of 3 and great-grandfather of 2; dear brother of Kathy La Sauce. Herbert was a brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, and friend to many. He is preceded in death by his parents Herbert and Helen La Sauce and his sister Marie La Sauce.

Herbert served his country proudly in the US Air Force. He worked as Chef for over 20 years; loved deer hunting and watching the New England Patriots. Born and raised in Long Island, NY for over 50 years before moving to St. Charles, MO. Herbert was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
