Helen Racheal LaBanca

Helen Racheal LaBanca (nee Creacy), of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late Donald “Moose” R. LaBanca; cherished daughter of the late Fred and Gayle Creacy; devoted mother of Sue (Terry) Crump, David (Kay) LaBanca, Thomas (Mary) LaBanca, and Neal (Diane) LaBanca; loving grandmother of 9 grandchildren, and great-grandmother of 9 great-grandchildren; dear sister of Doris (the late Ray) Czeschin, and Ruth Ann (the late Richard) Krieger. Helen was preceded in death by her two daughters, Connie (Michael) Jones and Nancy (survived by Chris) Griffith, her sister, Jean (the late William) McCoy, and her brother, Fred (the late Ruth) Creacy.

Helen met her beloved husband in high school and was a proud mother of six children. A devoted member of First United Methodist Church for many years, she found joy in puzzles, yard work, and crafting. She lovingly cared for her grandchildren and cherished every moment spent with her family. Helen was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
