Hoffman was born on September 7, 1926 in St. Louis Missouri to Elmer F. and Helen E. Cuddy. Her loving parents preceded her in death. Mrs. Hoffman is survived by her children, Ellen Hoffman (Bob) of St. Louis Missouri, Laura Wilmes (Kenneth) of O'Fallon Missouri, Michael Hoffman (Dolores) of Glendale Arizona, John Hoffman of Upper Darvy Pennsylvania, and James Hoffman (Debbie) of St. Charles Missouri. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Wilbert W. Hoffman and her sister Mary J. Nolan.
