Hazel E. Joiner

Hazel was the beloved daughter of the late Harvey and Hazel E. Phillips; devoted mother of Tonia (Dale) Willenbrink and Oran (Carol) Joiner III; cherished sister of Ethel Davis, Diane McKenzie, Jerry (Amy) Phillips, Rosemary (Dennis) Peltz, the late Sevetta (Alfred) Faught, and the late Harvey Phillips Jr.; loving grandmother of 9. Hazel worked for Central Hardware in St. Louis as an accountant for 15 years. She also was employed with the state of Missouri in the gaming and fishing licensing division for some time. She also worked for other independent tax and accounting firms such as H&R Block.
