Putnam; his mother, Vivian 'Vip' Putnam; his two children: Scott B. Putnam (Carla) and Robin M. Putnam; two brothers: Gary Putnam (Joanne) and Larry Putnam (Bonnie); sister-in-law, Jean Putnam; and one granddaughter, Dray Putnam. He was preceded in death by his father, G.E. Putnam and his brother, Max Putnam.
