Beloved husband of the late Dora Schwarzen; dearest son of the late Charles “Carl” and Antonia (nee: Tannshauser) Schwarzen; loving father of Donald Schwarzen, Ann Hughes and Roland (Joan) Schwarzen Sr.; dear brother of the late Otto, Walter and Carl Schwarzen; cherished grandfather of Roland (Pam) Schwarzen Jr., Raymond (Sandra) Schwarzen, Robert (Melissa) Schwarzen, great grandfather of 9 and great great grandfather of 2. Mr. Schwarzen was the caretaker of Richfield Hunting Club for 20+ years. He was a gardener and duck hunter and fisherman. He was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ.
