Gregory Alan Hartmann

Gregory Alan Hartmann, of St. Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2026, at the age of 69. Beloved husband of Michelle Hartmann; cherished son of Al (the late Nancy) Hartmann, and Kathryn (Richard) Almy, and son-in-law of Jeanne (the late Keith) Sloan; devoted father of Kate Hartmann, and Kolten Hartmann; loving grandfather of Kennedy Latham; dear brother of Dennis Hartmann, and Joan (the late Pat) Plumley, and the late Karen Hartmann, and brother-in-law of Mike (Beverly) Sloan; treasured uncle of Wesley Plumley, Brandon Sloan, and Devin Sloan; precious companion of Lulu; great friend to many.

Gregory was a devoted family man whose kindness and selflessness touched everyone who knew him. A natural charmer, he was always ready to lend a helping hand and brought warmth to those around him. He loved cheering on his favorite teams—the Cardinals, Chiefs, and Blues—and took great pride in caring for his yard. His greatest passion was his family. Whether on vacations, boating trips, or relaxing at the lake house, he cherished every moment with them. He also dedicated many years to coaching baseball and softball, creating lasting memories alongside his children. Gregory was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
