Gregory “Greg” Travers

Gregory “Greg” Travers, of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2017, at the age of 58. Beloved husband of 25 wonderful years to Patricia A. "Pat" Travers; loving son of the late James H. and Patricia L. Travers; devoted father of Luke (Allyssa Bodily), Genevieve, Simon, Lily, and the late Andrea Katherine Travers; and dear brother of Cathy (Tom) Gray, Dr. Jim (Helen) Travers, Theresé (Jim) Engel, and Tom Travers. He was also an amazing cousin, uncle, and friend to many.

Greg was the Program Manager at IBM for over 24 years. He was also a longtime parishioner at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cottleville where he taught PSR for 16 years. He was a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and Kenpo. Greg was a very musical person who enjoyed playing guitar and piano. He was also a huge science fiction fan and enjoyed watching Star Wars and Star Trek. In his free time, he also enjoyed watching the St. Louis Blues, traveling, and going to concerts. He was dearly loved, and will be missed by all who knew him.
